Ben‘s
is an extraordinary saxophone player with a very expressive, yet
at
the same time warm sound. Manu Dibango considers Ben‘s as his
successor.
For several years Ben‘s had been the saxophone player and
arranger
for the famous African band of Toure Kunda. He played
successfully
at various festivals in Germany, Italy (Roma for Jazz &
Image)
and Slovakia (Bratislava). As a demo I am happy to send you a
live
recording from Athens, recorded by the local TV and radio station.
